Two week old baby Jet!  What a cutie!  Just loved having him and his lovely parents in the studio.  <3

I was SO excited to see his dad brought his Army gear for us to use in the shoot. Love me some camo!! Notice how small baby Jet was in comparison to his daddy's cap!  Oh.. and who can resist those little baby grins!!  My heart is stolen.

Two month old little piper came into my studio.  A little older than most of the 'newborns' that we have in the studio, but she was such a doll and with a little help from dad she drifted right off to sleep and we got some great peaceful shots.  Few days later and we did a gorgeous mountain family session with her and her two silly brothers.  See that here...>>>Craven Family Mountain Session

This lovely family, seriously these guys are the very best of the best!  I'm in love with these images of happy smiling kids with their grandparents!  The smiles in these images are totally genuine.  The funniest thing happened during this session.  My wonderful husband, Jake, was assisting during the shoot.  I was behind the camera and he was doing something goofy behind me to catch the attention of the little ones.  He ended up doing something acrobatic, far beyond his abilities, nearly fell on me AND ripped his pants!  It was so funny everyone was cracking the biggest smiles!

I just love this family!  We're related. The kiddos are my husbands cousins and they are ADORABLE.  I've done family portraits for them 3 times now, and I feel like the luckiest photographer in the world when I've got these kids on the other side of my lens.  Check these two sessions out from Winter 2012 and Fall 2011. <3

Okay, these guys are so fun!  I've known Stephanie and Jarren for ages and when they asked me to photograph their little newborn Rocket (yes is name is ROCKET isn't it the greatest?!) I jumped at the chance. Honestly he was the first newborn I'd ever shot and once I tried it I knew I JUST HAD to make it a habit.  I've been striving to perfect the art of photographing newborns ever since.
